Subscription Terms

Article 1. Nature of Subscription

1. This subscription is a consumable subscription product where conversation credits are granted immediately upon purchase.
2. Conversation credits are credited to the user's account immediately upon payment completion.
3. Granted credits are available for immediate use within the service.

Article 2. Payment and Renewal

1. Subscriptions automatically renew according to the selected billing cycle (monthly).
2. Upon renewal, new conversation credits corresponding to the billing cycle are granted.
3. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to each store's policies.

Article 3. Subscription Cancellation

1. Subscription cancellation can be made through the subscription management page of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. When you cancel your subscription, you will not be charged from the next billing cycle.
3. After cancellation, you may continue to use subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

Article 4. Refund Policy

1. Refunds for the current month's subscription are not available once conversation credits have been granted.
2. Due to the consumable nature of this subscription product where credits are granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are not provided after payment completion.
3. For exceptional circumstances regarding refunds, they will be processed according to Apple's or Google's refund policies.
4. If a refund is processed through Apple or Google:
   • Any remaining conversation credits from that subscription will be immediately revoked.
   • Stones equivalent to consumed credits will be deducted.
   • If your stone balance is less than the deducted amount, your balance may become negative.
   • Negative balances will be offset against future stone earnings.

Article 5. Plan Changes

1. Subscription plan changes (upgrades or downgrades) can be made through the App Store or Google Play.
2. Proration does not apply to plan changes.
3. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
4. Conversation credits granted under the previous plan are retained regardless of plan changes.

Article 6. Credit Usage and Expiration

1. Granted conversation credits are used for chatting with AI characters and are deducted with each conversation.
2. Conversation credits are valid until the next subscription renewal date.
3. Unused conversation credits expire on the next subscription renewal date and do not carry over.
4. If your subscription expires or is cancelled, remaining credits will expire at the end of the current billing cycle.

Article 7. Miscellaneous

1. Matters not specified in these terms shall be governed by the DOLOPLANET Terms of Service and applicable laws.
2. The Korean version of these terms shall be the authoritative version, and in case of conflict with versions translated into other languages, the Korean version shall prevail.
