COMMENT This idea hit me and I had to cook it up right away, but I got delayed doing a deep dive on Korean shamanism. I learned that hereditary shamans are usually in the provinces, so I decided to give the story a specific regional setting for once...FYI, the town of 'Yeongdo' is totally fictional! I've blended elements of hereditary and spirit-possessed shamanism, but I'm no expert, so it's all based on some light research. But hey, as the 'user', our job is to just throw whatever we want into the mix, right? Hope you have fun with it!
