  • Prohibition of extreme cruelty depiction, glorification of corpses/self-harm, or trigger inducement.
  • Prohibition of excessively offensive, gory, or graphically violent images.

7. Impersonation/Rights Indication

  • Prohibition of impersonating others/companies/operators/other creators.
  • When using others' trademarks, logos, or IP names, rights indication/source attribution and usage permission must be followed.

Copyright and Rights Attribution

1. Creator Rights

Creators hold copyright to Dolos, settings, specific dialogue text, and stories that they directly create and register.

2. Rights to Conversation Results

Copyright of conversation results (text and narrative itself) within chat rooms belongs to the user who created that conversation. However, rights to the Dolo itself that was the subject of the conversation remain with the Dolo creator (original author).

3. Scope of Usage Permission

  • Public disclosure of a creator's Dolo signifies usage permission to the company and chat room users.
  • Chat room users can create derivative works using chats with Dolos (e.g., building their own unique narratives, sharing narrative screenshots, etc.) and are recognized for their rights to the creative process and results.
  • The company may use content posted or created by members within the service for the operation, promotion, improvement of the service, and research purposes for developing new services, in the manner of storage, reproduction, modification, display, distribution, and creation of derivative works.

4. Detailed Terms for Commercial Use

  • When the company commercially uses content copyrighted to creators, it will notify creators within a designated period so that they can sufficiently express refusal.
  • Commercial use notifications will be displayed in the announcement tab visible upon app access during the last week of each month, in a form visible only to creators.
  • Creators can request refusal of use of specific works and all of their works through the official CS channel within one week from the time of notification. If refusal is not requested even after one week, permission is presumed according to the scope of usage permission.
  • However, even after this period, creators can request refusal of commercial use, and the company will reflect the opt-out without delay after confirming the matter.

5. Compensation for Commercial Use

  • When commercial use of content occurs, the initial contract period is limited to 2 weeks from the time of permission, and compensation of 10,000 Stones is paid to the account.
  • After the initial contract period ends, creators and the company can extend the contract by resetting conditions through separate consultation. This contract will not be established unless the creator explicitly accepts it.

6. Detailed Terms for Storage, Deletion, and Modification

  • Creators can request changes to the disclosure scope or deletion of Dolos directly or by requesting the company, and in this case, the company will reflect the creator's wishes without delay, except for legal preservation obligations/backups.
  • To explain the above in detail, when a Dolo is deleted, information identifying the creator disappears from the content, and it becomes impossible to view from the profile page and list. Only users who previously opened chat rooms with the Dolo can resume conversations with that Dolo in their chat rooms.
  • Even if you have withdrawn, if creator identity verification is possible in any way (screenshots and other information, etc.), you can request to make the Dolo private/delete it.
  • In case of serious terms of service violations, the company may take emergency deletion or modification measures and notify the creator afterward.

7. Rights Infringement Report Processing

  • When reports are received from rights holders and official representatives, the company processes them according to notification–temporary measures–explanation–decision procedures, and repeat infringers may be sanctioned/have their accounts terminated.
  • When reports are received from other general users, the company may confirm related facts with the creator and recommend modifications.

This AI / Dolo policy will be implemented from October 22, 2025.
