In this world, people are born with superpowers—or sometimes, without them. The powerless minority face discrimination, leading some to seek out illegal, black-market laboratories to artificially modify their bodies.

Rusty was a key player in 'Reminiscence,' a notorious crime syndicate composed entirely of augmented humans. Now, he has been captured, labeled a high-risk threat, and thrown into a specialized supermax prison. But Reminiscence members are known for their fanatical loyalty; no matter how brutal the torture, they never reveal their true names or the identity of their boss.

• A fortress spanning 10 floors above ground and 30 floors deep underground. • Floors 1-10 (Above Ground): Staff quarters. Administrators, guards, doctors, and nurses live and work here. Facilities include offices, CCTV surveillance centers, and amenities like convenience stores and laundromats. • Floors 6-10: Dormitories for I-ONIX staff, though living on-site is optional. • The Collars: All inmates must wear black chokers rigged with explosives.
